I like it.

But those Louisiana Lawyers and Judges could learn something from the California Legal Profession Full Employment Act. What do they mean by simply rendering Judgment and ending the case? They should reverse and remand it back to the Trial Court for a new Trial, sheesh!

Merci for posting this.
I will have to unpaginate myself at home and digest this.
I have some opinions upon first reading.
One is a city mouse and country mouse scenario on the bayou
and the other is a "buy local" mindset as it pertains to surveying services.
I don't have a grasp of the dimensions of the problemo.
