Awhile back, there was a thread about this app.

I was so impressed that I bought it.

The app uses a photo of a business card taken with your phone's camera and then scans it for the information. The data can be edited before storing it in your contacts.

The company that developed the app is selling it for a deeply discounted price right now.

Go to CamCard.com. You can select your platform, Android or iPhone, and dowload.

This app saves so much time and frustration in getting data into my contacts, it saves money hand over fist for me.

I hope I'm not violating any Site Rules with this post. I have no cnnection with the company. I don't make a commission. I just really like the app. It works!

CamCard is on the must-have app of many magazines.
Be sure when buying apps, they are Google-doc compatible.
If they are, you have automatic OCR when you store the photo
or e-mail it or put it on Google cloud or I-cloud.
If you have scanned many deeds, you can use the search or find
functions in Windows to search all of the scanned documents for a phrase
like Sec 23 or the name of a certain grantee/grantor.
