Our family has property in Baja California, Mexico just north of Ensenada. We are looking into subdividing some of the property. I'm interested in how surveying works in Mexico compared to California. If interested, please contact Manuel Gonzalez at [email protected] for more information.

I suggest you provide more specifics, exactly where the property is (municipality), ejido or not, manner in which you hold Title, etc.
the processing of a new subdivision can be really simple or highly complex... "surveying" is almost exactly the same as in Ventura, California, depending on those variables.
There are quite a number of surveyors besides myself in the area, most of us do Not want to send private email without the basics.
best of luck

@peter-ehlert It is located a couple clicks north of Ejido Porvenir. My grandfather was the title holder. 1250 acres total. Thinking of subdividing 350 acres into 1-5 acre lots.
