Fixed it,,,, Had to reset set data block format and then confirm it after first backsight check distance...

Face II happens when you turn BFFB angle sets......

I switched the Inst. over to T2000 setting and have a bit of success. Data collector still states can not send circle when in face 2 during angle sets...
