ROBOTICS ON is the magic setting. That should enable you to run robotic with your Leica, if you can get the radios figured out.

Support for the TPS1100 series isn't the question. You need the SurvCE robotics capability enabled; it's not part of the standard package.

If you're willing to put up with a klunkier physical configuration, you can ditch the Leica radios entirely and replace them with long-range Bluetooth...
