You'd think that the "reporter" could have done 5 minutes of research.

We never set up over control points, so that wasn't an issue. Not sure if you could drill a small hole through the dolly?

We used a Manfrotto Video Tripod Dolly that worked great. They fold up pretty small too. Velcro the feet of the tripod to the dolly with Velcro straps...
