Topcon HiperV – Auxiliary Power

I am having trouble with external power and  Hiper V receiver.

I have done a factory reset and uploaded the necessary firmware. All the cables and battery were provided by a Topcon supplier and fuses fitted so I cannot see an issue there.

The battery is a 12-24v lead acid battery (designed for mobility scooter) and is fully charged.

I have connected it via the 5 pin adapter, both with and without an internal battery and it still does not power on.

The receiver works fine with a fully charged internal battery.

Am I missing something? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

24v is too much for Hiper V. Use only 12v battery.
