    Topcon Hiper Pro – RX light problem

    My Base unit RX light is not going red only orange (red/green) and not transmitting. I had a new modem install but no difference. Any one has an idea as to what is the problem and is this a configuration issue. I cant get access to the modem through Modem-TPS.
