If anyone knows of anything in the southeast I am able to travel.
I am hearing rumblings that things may be about to break loose in Mississippi. We may be in a panic for field crews if some of these contracts actually come about. Might be a good idea to see about putting a job application in.

Code Red as in "OMG how are we going to get all this work done ...."
or as in "Dude, we need some work..."

I got a task order yesterday to survey and mark 125,000 linear feet of boundary in 10 non contigous tracts spread out over several counties.
Go to LANDMEN.net and look on thier job listings. $225.00 to $400.0 per day plus per diem and mileage 6 &7 days per week. Lot of travel but well worth the effort.
Put your Courthouse experience and mapping skills to work for you.It is not a big transition and an easy move for a surveyor
