If that was me that happened upon that setup, I'd gratefully take a seat on that yellow stool under that camera, and gaze at those lights.

I've had a clan of homeless dudes in and out of the work area(it's a bridge with dual spiral sidewalks and land scaping....) So I asked my super what our policy is if someone grabs the gear.
" We have insurance for that!"
And I thanked him for the heads up.
I'm pretty live and let live, but if you approach me in side my safe zone, or try to grab my gear from my hands or the back pack I'm wearing, my life and safety becomes all that matters.
They have been well behaved and kept their distance, and I've been giving them granola bars and chit chat.
All in a day's work.
