So, this is how we used the Geodimeter to find out:
- That our wet cell batteries are stuffed (refer other thread).
- That our jumper cables (birds nest next to the tripod leg) don't have the insulation stripped where they are crimped into the alligator clips, which further explains why in the 10 years we've had them, we've never been able to jump start anything.

In this case, Secretary confirms "Locally" made. I suspect we got them at a good price.
It's funny, when a "jump" fails, the audience throws in all sorts of theories, and I do remember now one such instance with those cables and the audience had a vote and concluded the cables were "light duty" and therefore couldn't jump the diesel we were trying to start. Ha, little did they know.
