Dear list mates, I need to hire an appraiser or someone qualified to measure the square footage of a lot, office building, and each of the units in a small building in Los Angeles. Thank you in advance for your referrals.

I replied to the poster privately suggesting that a professional surveyor would be required for the boundary and lot area determination.
