Anyone ever seen this before?
Was updating firmware, software, and cleaning/organizing and found a small piece of a roll behind the shelves in the space that's been used to store surveying equipment for decades.
I'd never seen flagging with printed text like that before.
It's a new one to me. Presco is very good flagging IMO- "World's Toughest"? Hmmm... maybe.
I'd write Presco and see if they have an idea when it was manufactured; it's a curiosity to say the least in my opinion.

I reached out to them.

I am guessing it was a marketing tool by Presco, probably showing that that can print text on rolls.
Every now and then, we would get a few rolls not ordered, usually printed text or stripes. The custom printed stuff isn't used much by surveyors, but is quite common in forestry.
