Where is the Opus/Cors polygon visualization map?

I remember finding a map that would let you pick a site, and then get a color coded idea of what kind of geometry the nearby CORS stations would give you for a opus solution. For instance, an inland site surrounded by stations would be green, and shoreline stuff on the edges or outside of the the polygon would be red.

Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about and where it is? Thanks.
