The other day I pulled out my Trimble 4700 and did a static session on my lot corner just to check on both equipment and the monument position. I noticed the Julian date was way off when i downloaded the file to my PC, but I sent it off to OPUS anyhow. It was aborted by the system and mentioned a few possible scenarios, none of which made any difference. Subsequently tried two more times with the same result. The Julian date was also incorrect on both of them but it correctly incremented the number of days between the sessions. I was curious if this has occurred to anyone else? I'm not sure if the problem is on the equipment side or OPUS. Perhaps it has something to do with the older firmware or a fault with the ephemeris file?

Thanks for the links fellas.....and kudos to John for posting the firmware patch!
I'm glad someone out there is looking out for us, it sounds like Trimble is more interested in the corporate bottom line.
My rinex file came back intact this time from my 4700 after using Fixweek
