Autotopo collected positions are single-epoch positions, without redundant measurements.?ÿ The only way to "prove" the accuracy, in my thinking, is if the points collected in that method appear to model the conditions being mapped.

Ordinary topo measurements can be single-epoch as well if you choose, but you may have your equipment set to average some number of positions.

Test it, see for yourself, it's not like it's difficult.

Anyone that does these surveys should test the accuracies themselves. That's what I've done and I would say continuous topo using PPK is more accurate than continuous topo using RTK. Longer observations using topo increase the accuracy but all topo points are helped by long fix times.?ÿ

I would test the different procedures in the parking lot and see which one you like for what task.?ÿ

Why crowd source the answer? You should test an area, sloping terrain and parking lot.?ÿ
