Yesterday, some where in the snowstorm of incoming I deal with, was a great old photo of some gentlemen taping across a street - looked like America, with a tramcar in the background.
Unfortunately I failed to grab a copy at the time.
That afternoon we had an H&S meeting covering our rules for working in the roadway - compared to which that picture is a joke.
I was thinking to pass it around.
But of course now I can't find it.
Hate it when that happens

Tape across the street quite often. You must have traffic in order to see traffic as a hazard.

Sadly, that's not true in the paperwork world of control of the NZ roading system.
