Using StarNet to compute a filed Record of Survey

I personally prefer Star*Net over COGO because it does such a good job of identifying scrivener's errors. This wouldn't be true for a simple parcel with four or five sides, but for tracts with thirty sides tied to other tracts with twenty sides, it's the method of choice.
