As we all are currently shifting from datum to datum and geoid to geoid, there are still those jobs in municipalities that require antiquated information. We are running Leica equipment, a GS14 and CS15 controller. I would like to be able to send a crew or myself on an older job and quickly check old information with new technology. I have an idea of what would be required but not sure if it would have to be done and then imported into the collector, or if there is a way to quickly swap between in the field. I know there are dangers associated with that and will require additional scrutiny of information but it would help in certain situations. Does anybody do this?

Couldn't you simply localize (calibrate) to that city's benchmarks?
When you need that data, you can apply that calibration. We run SurvCE, and if I needed to do that, we could.

I don't think that I would trust any out of the box answer or conversion without a local benchmark tie, in any case.
