Hello,
Does anyone have one of these bed covers? Your thoughts?
http://www.forconstructionpros.com/company/10682177/herculoc-llc

Any recommendations on reliable secure bed covers?

Your advice would be appreciated, Thanks
Paul

This is what we always used,

I always liked that you could leave one side down to block the wind, or for the chainman to hide behind in the mornings while the chief was getting ready for the day 😉 Jp

We just went with a traffic products modular. It features a rollout base and side rail boxes. It's sitting on a 2500 Ram 6'4" bed with nerf bars that run all the way to the back tire. Its expensive but very easy to work out of. I like the security too.

I love my DBC since 2009. I will go with the 270 next time. Mine has the extra $300 coating too. It gets a lot of compliments.

I have a roll up tonneau that's aluminum underneath. Looks like a a clean tonneau, but secure. Just shy of a grand it's cheaper than other options.

Diamondback 270 for about 6 months or so. Wouldn't choose anything else.

Thanks Jp, we've got a silvershield and have to keep an eye on it, I agree its good to work around but needs constant attention. Thanks to all that took the time to respond, I appreciate your advice. I just wish I had more time to get on here, not trying to be rude without answering.

In any event I hope the weather is agreeing with you all,
Paul

I've got the three door Diamondback black coated cover. I love it! And I can pull off the bigger rear hatch if I need to move anything big. Gets lots of compliments too.

We've used the Herculoc covers and the cover with electric ram opening, they didn't last long and we went back to the more reliable "manual opening" bed cover.

The locks seemed to fail rather quickly and once closed the tailgate would NOT open. The Herculoc without the electric ram opening system was not very sturdy and the struts holding up the canopy when open would fail.

Thanks Squirltech, I was hoping someone had used this, that answers the questions I had, I appreciate you taking the time, Paul
