Hi everyone! i recently update my S6 firmware and it as interrupted. now i cant connect to my S6. any help about this is much appreciated. thank you.
What happens if you just restart the firmware update? Sounds like this may be a back to the manufacturer job.
its undetected and the green light is on steady.
if it won;t connect to the computer then there is not much else you can do but send it to the dealer.
i guess thats what should i do. but i had a mistake on my reply above, it can be detected when i look at the "Manage devices" on my laptop. the only thing is when i reopen the firmware update its not there because of that usb error.
maybe there is a way to flash it again using something like old flasher coz it is there in the device manager but only an exclamation mark on the usb host drive. coz the firmware update is just an .exe file which dont detect the instrument coz of the usb error. maybe some of you guys been able to solve this kind of problem before.
latest update... i restore may laptop before the interrupted firmware update... now the device is being detected as ARM7 satellite. but still it doesnt show on the firmware update tools.

Yes. if i follow that procedure it will make the driver unrecognizable. but if i restart the laptop it will appear as ARM7 SATELLITE

That's too far, in the US. Suggest that you send it to a reputable dealer. They will need to try to download the constants then try to update firmware otherwise its going to be an expensive repair. If they can't download the constants then they have to set new constants and hopefully the board takes the firmware otherwise a new board as well.
thank you for the information. maybe thats the only way i can do at this time...
