I don't have one and a search did not find any for sale in U.S. However, I did find a couple of photographs that appear to be what you are describing on a blog page."TUKANG SUKAT TANAH Land Surveying and Mapping Services"

Appears to be a Malaysian professional services firm and that is a nice key chain.

I also see this. Theodolite

I think I'd rather have the theodolite one instead of the total station one.

Who am I kidding... I'd like to have them both.

Your question got me thinking what my models would look like as key fobs. I did a quick scale down and then made it printable (fattened things up to minimums) and had a look. The only one I had at hand was the Wild T3, so, ... http://shpws.me/Hm2V and it is too small for a fob. I scaled it as 1" tall and now that I look at it that is better suited as a charm, LOL.

This is a pic of my Atom made from a laser scan of the car and it is about right at around 1.5". I like your idea, so, I am going to make one of my Geodimeter 600 robot at 11.5/100 scale or whatever gets it too 1.5".

I couldn't stay away and made the model for a steel Geodimeter fob. Ended up being about twice the cost of the T3, but, it is 1.5 times the size in three directions. I will be printing one on my next order. I did make the radio antenna too big along with a few other printing necessities like the size of the track light shroud. http://shpws.me/HmeT

The 1.5" bronze colored steel 3D print is just under $40, but, I have now done the Wild T3 at 1.5" and it is cheaper at $26.79. The older instruments were not boxy and sure shows up on material cost. I am going to order a T3 for myself and will post pics when I get it. http://shpws.me/Hoeg

They cancelled my T3 print as I had too many shells in the model, I did. They use Nettfab professional and it almost always cleans up what the issue was. Regardless, I fixed it a week or so ago. Oh well, I did get the 600 Robot today. It is very small and would work fine for a fob, but, this one is just going to sit on my desk. I ordered matt black steel, so, it is really hard to light up enough for a photo

The cost was $29.41 in matte black, several of the other steels are $25.41

Total Station keychain

I think you would be surprised as that was my initial take as well. The Ariel Atom has been on my ring since around October now and still has both mirrors, steering wheel and spoilers. The front spoiler I was thinking was way to wispy to survive, but, it is still here. I just grabbed it and pushed fairly hard on the antenna and it didn't budge.

Let's do the plumb Barbara test then, ... she is listed as 12 oz.

I was thinking that the little antenna held up 12 oz, but, it is more like 22 oz as 12 is the tension in the string. That is super impressive and is a result of the properties of the 70% stainless steel. The bad side is it won't bend and will just have a catastrophic failures
