I tried to connect a new device to my Topcon Fc-250 controller via bluetooth, and i received the following message:
"No such service is known. The service cannot be found in the specified name space. Source: Win32 API"
It works perfectly with other phones, what can i do?

Thanks

I would disable the Bluetooth in the FC-250, then rediscover it and turn it on. Also, could be a different bluetooth. I know an Fc-250 is type class 1. I have NO idea how bluetooth works, but perhaps your new device uses a newer bluetooth and is not compatible. For instance, the new FC-5000 is class 4, for whatever that is worth.

I was thinking the same. It works fine, with a Nokia 6303i, and it has a problem with my Huawei P8. So probably I just need an older phone.

Thanks for your answer!
