I there a significant difference with the tracking of the newer robotic Total Stations? What is the big advantage of the new Topcon DS Series over the Topcon 9003 Robotic Stations? I know the radio configuration can be bluetooth or RC in the newer units. Anyone have some experience and knowledge with the newer Robotics?

The PS and Ds track better than the 9000. short range tracking is much better. The 9000 has a better prismless edm than the newer instruments. PS can have the RC5 quicklock or use hybrid positioning. DS can do Hybrid but does not work with the RC5
