Some of you may have seen my earlier post about getting my new employer to upgrade the robot. In the meantime does anyone know the procedure to get the 825a and ranger with SurveyPro to connect via the satel radio system?

I plugged the radios in to the respective units, put the 825a in standard screen with angles showing and went to instrument setup in SurveyPro. The instrument profile was already loaded, the radios were on the same channel as each other, but I couldn't "send circle" to the gun and it was otherwise unresponsive. I'm sure I'm missing some little nuance to this setup. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm working on getting a TS12 and GS14 from my Leica rep.

Dan,

I am not at my office now, but I believe I have some documents from Hays Instruments that describes how to do do this.

Send me an email at jcsurvey at netzero.net

I will send them later tonight.

Jimmy

Thanks guy. I figured it out over the weekend. The menu thing on the instrument is correct. I had been focusing more on the collector the first time.
