I looked for Emerald Time and could only find it for the IPhone but using your advice, I did find ClockSync for android and it is NTP. It's on my company phone. I have the Navy Clock on my personal phone and I got out my Radio Shack time radio. With all three side by side, the ClockSync app was matching with the time radio and the Navy clock was still almost a full second behind.

Be very critical on time apps. There are a lot that just repeat system time.

Time.gov isn't too bad. But, Sequoia Emerald Time and Stamp are as true as I have seen. A true feedback loop.

A good check is with 2 phones, one on cell data, and one on wifi. Then run an NTP time app. Emerald Time returns no measurable difference.
