I did some digging, and was finally able to download Trimble Business Center - Heavy Construction Edition. They must have been notified of the flagging as an attack site, because within a day it was fixed.

I also found TurboCad, and downloaded their demo. Both programs will convert a DGN file to a native DWG format. The only issue that I have seen so far, and I haven't been able to really look into it very much, is that the TBC-HCE, will change the text width to zero (0), and you have to edit the text width for the drawing, but then everything is slick.

The TBC-HCE was a 1.25 GB download, but it saved me some $$$, and right now, that is very helpful. The Turbo Cad is very reasonably prices at around $130 for the edition that will do the conversion. The AutoDWG program that I downloaded looks nice, but the demo version won't let you save the converted file. That price tag is around $340 or so.

Thanks again for the help. This place is great.:good:
