I cannot endorse either of these two individuals, I have no knowledge of either the person or their corporation.
They are members of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors.
The TSPS is the industry association here in Texas.
They organize functions, continuing education hours/credits and local chapters for membership with the goal to advance the profession.
That may mean something to you, that may not.

I have known both Terry Ruddick with Urban Surveying, Inc. and Lynn Savory with Landpoint, Inc. for a number of years. They both are out of Victoria, TX, and are upstanding surveyors.

Thanks, Jack! Telmond must have a lot of experience, judging by his low RPLS number.
