Unless I am doing something wrong (usually the case), it looks like the Texas board site doesnt have the page with the boundary cases anymore.

http://txls.texas.gov/boundary-law-cases/

Does anybody have them all saved somewhere or know of another place to find them?

?ÿ

Thanks

The Westlaw Keycite index under Boundaries is very useful. Available at your local Law Library if they have a Westlaw subscription.

Texas has a LOT of cases, far more than any other state.

West has it broken into two parts, Part I: Deeds and Descriptions and Part II: Establishment and Ascertainment.

Part I is where you find cases citing or developing the familiar rules of construction (monuments over direction and distance over area, etc.). It also has cases explaining how common words and phrases are to be interpreted.

Part II has the establishment doctrines and cases about evidence and trial procedures.
