Has anyone recently taken the TS exam? I will be taking it on Saturday.

Good luck...manage your time wisely.

I recommend starting with the hand drawn plat first, then moving to your essay type questions second, leaving the multiple choice for last.

Know your hydrology, and how to determine proper pipe sizes.

I agree, time is the most critical part. Don't get caught up spending too much time on any one problem.

Kevin and Chris are right. Time management is key.

A buddy of mine had the same issue on another state exam. make sure you have a watch or can see the clock. Know your calculator inside and out.

Kevin is right, know your drainage. Know your minimum standards, and what goes on a plat.

It has been 15 years since I took the TN state exam. I am sure it has changed a lot since I took it.

Good luck!

Thank you everyone for your thoughts. With regards to the hand drawn map, is it drawn from a description that is provided?
