Your tax money being wasted as usual. After all this time why don't they just come to an agreement based on established use and established surveys? According to the article the two States are going to be doing that anyway so why spend all this time and money trying to come up with an OPINION as to where the original line was?

Well they better hurrythehellup and survey. No more excuses like "technique beyond the average surveyor" (tongue firmly planted in cheek) mess. They need to get off their butt and survey in the original footsteps using original techniques. Ya know the 300 year statute of limitations is getting close.

Wait...now I know how to save tax payers money. We'll get Tedd to run the crew!..:) (don't shoot)

why not just put it in where the GIS says its supposed to go? Probably wouldn't require a PS to do the work
