When using TDS 4.8 to do a surface scan and a Trimble S6, is there a way to cause the instrument not to take forever it it can't get a reflectorless shot for one of the points?
For example, if I window an area and give it a shooting parameter, it works fine, but if for some reason it can't get a distance to a point, it will sit there forever trying to come up with a distance, and it negates the benefit of even using the routine.
Is there a setting that will cause it to timeout and go on to the next shot in a shorter time?
