Tonight on Parks and Rec. Ron Swanson himself was running a Topcon total station.
Ron Swanson is the best character ever.

Was it last night or the night before. Primetime TV. Probably on CBS. Total station set up at a construction site with no one near it during that portion of the show. Might have been The Mentalist.
