ANY ONE KNOW THE TYPE OF VEHICLE OR BODY IN AUG. 2012 POB PAGE 9 ??

Those are called "service bodies" and are installed by specialty shops. There are various manufacturers. If you are buying a new truck your salesman can put you in touch with one of the shops in your area, especially if you are dealing with a truck specialist.
We had one put on a new F250 a few years back for around $8000.
