I agree. There's just something about where the scorched Earth meets the Colorado River that is so striking. I stay in Parker when working this job but I always try to make a trip into Lake Havasu City and check out the Confluence of the Bill Williams river to the Colorado on the way. Gorgeous.

I came upon that area accidentally. I decided to take a different route on my way down to Tucson from Laughlin. I was in paradise, or so it seemed. :sun:

Maybe someday I will own me a lil' spot by the river there...with a jet ski...bbq...yea. Sounds good! 🙂
