Last I heard in the next couple of years, possibly this year. Depends on funding.

I drove thru there this morning eastbound and didn't see any of that. I did see some cones on the westbound side, I assume that's where it's at. Are all the spots in that same stretch? That's the last part they built, maybe they were in a hurry to get out. That's not the first half a$$ job they've done.

That was a design/build job, but they didn't design anything. They used the designers who came up with the concept, they used the concept plans prtetty much as-is. Then they underbid everybody by 10%.
