Anyone out there willing to share some examples of Request for Qualifications for small municipalities? Looking more for format, the content is laid out pretty well in the request.

Thanks in advance!

I was going to email one of ours to you using the email link on your post but I didn't see how to attach something. So shoot me an email and I will respond with a PDF attached. Also, you probably can go to the procurement department of the municipality and ask to review submittals for prior RFQs. They will even make copies for you (for a fee). This is a good way to get ideas. Liz

Most of the firms that really have it together going for the Qualifications bases contracts mark their submittals as proprietary so that it can not be released. I quite often have to review submittals to select a contractor, and you would be surprised at some of the ways people shoot them selves in the foot on their proposals. Sometimes they even put their foot in there mouth before they shoot themselves in the foot. Be careful, and be sure to address every item in the RFQ.

As they should, why should someone else be able to copy someone elses hard work. Those things take a substantial amount of time and effort to prepare and should NOT be let out to anyone that wants to see them.
