I'm active in real estate. Most brokers are worthless. I love giving them a hard time. I love giving them lessons regarding fiduciary duty and agent responsibilities.?ÿ I was recently surveying a vacant lot I owned and was for sale. An agent and her client pulled in along the road frontage. I emerged from the trees as they approached. I told her "This lot is great!, I'm rushing home to make an offer asap!" I jumped in my truck and sped off. I chuckled for quite a while.

I was called a ??stick holder? the other day. Told him I haven??t held a stick in years, my field days are behind me, I do the tech work now. Still not sure if I want to pursue licensure in AZ, it??s not a job necessity and at this time in my life it would mostly be another accomplishment for boosting my ego.
