Tell them you need that case printed on kevlar vests for your crew.
Seriously, clients tell us that dumb things are OK all the time. Use those people skills to explain that without being offensive. In the end I do not compromise the safety of my crew on the word of a client. The size of the client may change my level of effort in explaining, but it won't change the result. If it isn't safe, we don't go.
