Summed up in one question, "Mr. Surveyor, what other evidence was used in your survey and not memirialized on your map?".
I got that question about 20 times in different forms from the plaintiff's attorney during my testimony.?ÿ I had no trouble answering it, and he wasn't able to get any traction.?ÿ But the guy was kind of a buffoon, poorly prepared and sloppy, and he got visibly frustrated repeatedly.?ÿ My client's lawyer looked like Perry Mason by comparison.
