Got the base running and tx flashing but can not get signal received on the rover end. Tried to run various radios at various baud rates and cant get it figured. Any suggestions or screenshots of rover and base radio settings?

Jut noticed base radio has no rx light.

The base radio shouldn't have an Rx light, that would indicate that you're being interfered with.

The radio should be plugged into Port 1 (black) on the receiver. Your Base Radio settings in Access should look like this:

On the radio itself the serial baud rate should be 38400. For the over-the-air baud rate and protocol I generally use TrimTalk (or TT450S) and 8000.

Once the base is transmitting connect Access to the rover and go to the rover radio settings. Hit Connect at the bottom of the screen and ensure that the method, baud rate, and frequency match what is set in the base radio.

Also make sure that in Base Options and Rover Options your Broadcast Format is set to CMRx.
