In my opinion the intent for your lot was for it to be 90 feet wide with parallel sides and perpendicular to the rear line. The record map appears to have two mapping errors in your lot. I believe the N41°48’38”E 5.44 line does not exist and the N47°15’43”E 95.58' line should be N47°15’43”E 90.15’. With this correction to the record map, all the lots in your block would be mathematically correct, however as others have said, the lot corners on the ground can very from the record plat.
