I received a blast email addressed to Dear DORA Licensee from the Colorado Dept. of Regulatory Agencies this afternoon entitled, "Labor Day Guidance and Safety Measures." After the introduction, the email gets to the gist of why it was sent, the responsibilities and ethical duties of being a DORA licensee.
We continue to urge you to adhere to the orders issued by Governor Polis and the health experts at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), including continued compliance with the statewide mask ordinance and social distancing requirements. Please take a moment to visit both the Safer at Home website for industry-specific information, and DORA??s COVID-19 Updates for Licensees and Consumers page for information pertaining to specific DORA-regulated programs and professions.
Followed by this not-so-subtle reminder of the possible consequences of failing to protect the public's health and safety.
Please know that if you violate current public health orders, depending on the nature of the violation, regulatory action may be taken against your license.
It ends nicely with the, "hope that you and your loved ones enjoy a beautiful holiday weekend."
?ÿ
I was wondering if other states have sent similar "notices" to licensees or if Colorado is unique.
?ÿ
P.S. Enjoy a beautiful holiday weekend with your loved ones.

No pressure, right ??ÿ ?????ÿ
Funny. My Exwife got a DUI per se in Colorado, and was give a week of House arrest and probably not even a thought about her possibly killing someone driving schnockered would have been issue to threaten her license. But then again she is an architect, lot of extra checks on that work just in case... ;)?ÿ
They got to see you leave and come back.?ÿ Just remember, unless you can take the battery out of the phone, they are indeed tracking you, always, and especially now.
