Has anyone heard about this company? I think their method of bidding for projects is forbidden tor Alabama surveyors.
Many callers go into conversations and ask and/or demand for things that ride the fence between reprimand and total lost.
I spend much of the time herding the client towards the path.
I can not imagine running a con on clients as a part of surveying that they sometimes attempt on me.
I can't be the only one that just got and ad for PropLogix in my email box via NSPS.
I read some of their webpage and they can't be all bad. They have snacks for their employees.
Back in the 90's in the large engineering consultancy that I worked at in Auckland, NZ (we had a strong survey department too) a privateer set up a snack tray with maybe 100 or so packaged snacks and an honesty box. The snacks were I think $1 each, so that's $100 worth. They restocked it every week, and collected the money from the box. After a few months of arriving to restock a largely empty tray and a correspondingly largely empty honesty box, they gave up.
looks like bock&clark/exacta/etc. with a better web development budget.
"CALL US, bypass the harsh realities, of actual surveying, we are fast, cheap, and on time!"
Just looked at their team page. I want a title like "Supervisor of Estoppels"! That's cool!

I once tried that in my office in the late 90's too, and like your experience, the only folks that benefited were the dishonest ones.
It's obvious the race to the bottom is alive and well. I'm surprised they don't have BOGO special on their site.
