We encountered a dilapidated old car shop in really thick brush today. There were two old Mach 1s rusting away outside and one on stands inside. Nothing had been touched in 10-15 years. Line goes almost perfectly down the middle of the shop and junk cars which belong to the adjoiner. The man was about 70 and as polite as he could be. Allowing us to look at them up close and take pictures. Matt, John and I enjoyed the elderly black man sharing memories of the cars in their prime. And of he and his Dad building the shop. He said they didn't exactly know where the line was and that they were both employed by the people who originally owned what we are surveying so it wouldn't have mattered at the time. Several owners later now. He simply said he would tear down the shop and move the cars if our client wants but would rather buy just enough to clear everything. I expect a peaceful resolution that I think will make the gentleman happy.
Me. "What's the difference?"
T.C. Carroll "It's the difference between right and wrong!"
That is a barn find if there ever was one.
Somebody somewhere are wishing they had all those parts.
