@mike-berry very interesting. we don't have that. what we do have is that whenever the public travels on a non-dedicated roadway for 18 years, then it is a county road where it lies. Many of our roads were converted from wagon roads to county roads by petition of all the landowners. these are vague records. The number one problem we have is not so much whether a road is public or private, but with exactly how wide the right of way is. Also, I spend a good part of my life attempting to explain the difference between a "road" and a "right of way" both to landowners and to county people, ultimately to no avail. landowners are stubborn people. they sue over a difference of opinion, a few feet in width being the prize.

Little late in the game but, yeah, I got that confused with a lug wrench. It still works though.
I think few people alive today have ever seen, let alone used, an automotive tire iron.
I've not only used one, I made a couple of them out of 3/4" round stock.?ÿ Heated the end in a forge and hammered a spoon into it on an anvil.
