The click "Pennsylvania Imagery Navigator", should get you what you need!

Thanks! Found 'em, though it seems 2008 is most recent vintage?

Yup, for most of the state 2008 is the most current. You'll see in the list that there are some special project areas that have been done since, but it is pretty localized.
