Does anyone know of an online source for scanned Tract, Parcel and Assessor's maps and perhaps even Corner Records in Orange County, CA.
Thanks in advance,
Peter

Click the graphic on the right that says "Click here to view site".

You should come to a GIS type of map page. The best way I have found to use the site is by zooming in to the area where you are working. In the pull down menu that says "All Fields" pull down to the various types of document that you want and their info pops up on the map. Type the map number or RS number in the search box and click the link that comes up.

The site is not easy to navigate in my opinion. But it's all up there and it's free.

Assessor maps are another problem. I don't think you can get OC Assessor maps online unless you have a subscription to RealQuest or DocEdge or something like that.

If you find someplace else that has them, let me know.

Thanks very much Ryan, that did the trick. I agree, their site is awkward to navigate, I must've spent a couple of hours trying to access the documents and with your help I downloaded them right away.

Your help is much appreciated and I'll let you know if I find the assessor's maps.

Peter
