Just used the new FEMA Online LOMC website for a submission. As it is after hours, I expect I won't hear anything until tomorrow.
It was pretty straight forward. Very similar to the e-LOMA process. You can actually upload all of the supporting documentation during the application process. That actually makes more sense to me as FEMA then has a record of the supporting data from the get go and will not have to ask you to e-mail it to someone after you have filled out the e-LOMA online data.
