Does anyone have any language they would be willing to share for an on going services hourly contract?

Keep it simple and remember, Offer + acceptance = contract.

The phrase we use around here is "on-call services".

Looking through my contracts file, here are some other terms used for the same type of arrangement: Blanket Agreement, Open-Ended Contract, Master Agreement, and Professional Services Agreement.

One of my clients does use the phrase "Master Agreement".
